Your role will focus on client interaction, clerical support, and data entry to bolster our administrative team.

As Part Time Receptionist, you'll operate during evening shifts from 2 PM to 7 PM (Monday to Thursday) and all day Saturday. The position demands exceptional communication and organizational skills, ensuring clients are greeted warmly and assisted efficiently. Your clerical expertise will support daily operations, positioning you for a fruitful career in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and forward phone calls professionally

• Greet clients and direct them appropriately

• Post cash transactions and prepare deposits

• Perform accurate data entry and record keeping

• Provide general clerical support and document preparation

Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication abilities

• Self-motivated with excellent time management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Post-secondary education in Office Administration (asset)

• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
