In this key support role, you will greet clients and their pets, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between clients and veterinary staff. You’ll be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere while helping with various clerical tasks, making pet visits pleasant and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences at reception
• Track and book appointments with attention to detail
• Manage emails and communications effectively
• Facilitate the admission and discharge of patients
• Generate invoices and assist with payment processing
Requirements:
