As a Fleet Operations Coordinator at Valard, you will take on a dynamic role requiring excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities. Interact with Corporate leadership and regional operations while handling fleet documentation, compliance, and performance reporting. Your contributions will support the effective operation of Valard's fleet, enhancing overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Corporate Fleet leadership with administrative tasks
• Compile and manage recurring fleet performance reports
• Oversee permit applications and documentation
• Process purchase orders and vendor set up
• Document control and travel arrangements for the fleet team
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Independence and resourcefulness in tasks
• Excellent interpersonal communication
• Authorization to work in Canada with no restrictions
