Responsibilities include supervising office personnel, conducting office walkthroughs, and collaborating with Facilities and HR teams. This position is integral to promoting an organized and professional workspace for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk and reception area operations
• Conduct routine office walkthroughs for maintenance needs
• Oversee visitor registration and compliance procedures
• Coordinate food, beverage, and office supply orders
• Schedule conferences and manage meeting room standards
Requirements:
• 5 years of relevant experience, with team management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be a U.S. Person due to federal contracts
