Wealth Administrator in Exeter

You will manage the administration of client accounts, working closely with Wealth Managers and external advisers. Expected tasks include preparing client documentation, processing cash transfers, supporting ISA subscriptions, and ensuring accuracy in records. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Wealth Managers and clients effectively

• Prepare and process client documentation and amendments

• Monitor asset transfers and cash movements

• Support ISA subscriptions and transfers efficiently

• Ensure accurate client details are recorded in systems

Requirements:

• Experience in administration with strong organizational skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 and Outlook

• Excellent attention to detail and proactive mindset

• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
