Position: Welcoming Receptionist for SFCJL
Support the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living as a Welcoming Receptionist, where your main tasks include greeting visitors and ensuring smooth communication. This is an on-call position with scheduling flexibility.

As a crucial member of the SFCJL team, your focus will be on providing exceptional service to our residents and their families. Based in the Excelsior neighborhood, you will handle phone inquiries, manage appointments, and assist with transportation logistics. Strong administrative skills and a friendly demeanor will be essential in creating a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all visitors entering the campus

• Direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel

• Monitor security for incoming and outgoing visitors

• Utilize the Accushield platform for guest check-in

• Assist with mail processing and filing administrative documents

Requirements:

• High school diploma with relevant business coursework

• At least two years in an administrative role

• Experienced with multi-line phone systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Availability for a flexible work schedule
