Dealer Services Administrator (Woodbridge, Hybrid)
Hub Capital, a division of HUB International, is one of Canada’s largest independent Managing General Agencies (MGA). Specializing in life insurance, investments, and wealth management, we provide independent financial advisors with a wide range of products, resources, and tools to help their business succeed.
Responsibilities- Follow up on business transactions and account maintenance as well as identify and correct errors.
- Provide second‑tier support for advisors with inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure business is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with carriers and fund companies on behalf of HUB.
- Provide system access and first‑level trouble‑shooting.
- Assist with new advisor onboarding.
- In cooperation with other departments, manage maintenance of advisor information and corrections.
- Maintain accurate tracking of leveraged accounts.
- Create, review, and deliver statements on time.
- Work with internal customers to resolve back‑office administrative issues.
- Assist with special projects, including testing and implementation as assigned.
- Customer service experience.
- 2 years of investment industry experience, back‑office preferred.
- Experience with FundSERV is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong accuracy.
- Solid command of MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Team player.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, utilizing good priority and time‑management skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Required experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience. - Required travel:
No travel required.
