In this full-time position at the QEII’s Centre for Clinical Research, you will establish and maintain administrative procedures while serving as a liaison with peers in the health authority. The role demands noteworthy communication skills and the ability to coordinate various administrative activities, offering support to multiple stakeholders and committees. Being the office's initial contact, a strong emphasis on relationship management sets the tone for interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Director’s office
• Prepare budgets and track relevant project milestones
• Manage supplies and ensure efficient office functionality
• Support working groups and committee functions
• Standardize administrative procedures throughout the portfolio
Requirements:
• Recognized diploma in office administration or related fields
• Minimum 5-7 years supporting a director-level role
• Proficiency in modern office practices and technology
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and organizational acumen
• French language skills are preferred
