As an Administrative Assistant, you will work directly with the Director, ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and enhancing administrative processes across various court services.
Your role can significantly impact the effectiveness of the division, addressing essential tasks and supporting staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare routine and non-routine correspondence and reports
• Manage the Director's electronic calendar and meetings
• Develop professional presentations and documents
• Maintain filing systems and assist with budget monitoring
• Perform reception duties when required
Requirements:
• One year of secretarial course and three years related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
