A leading organization in its field is currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to join its team. Most of the work is performed from a comfortable seated position, combined with regular light physical activity to manage document cartons throughout the day.

Salary: $18.73 per hour

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.73 per hour
• Structured work schedule of 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
• Mostly seated role (approx. 95% of the time) with occasional movement
• Clear performance metrics with high-accuracy standards

• Temporary position with full support throughout your assignment

• Pull individual medical files from storage cartons and identify required data fields
• Enter extracted information into the database with high speed and accuracy
• Retrieve and transport document cartons (30–50 lbs) from pallets to the workstation up to 15–20 feet
• Lift and lower cartons to/from pallets with lift heights ranging between 13” and 45”
• Return completed document cartons to designated pallets (up to 5 boxes high)
• Maintain a consistent keystroke frequency and ensure 100% data accuracy through double-key verification

• Proven ability to maintain a minimum keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH with high accuracy
• Physical capability to lift, lower, and carry cartons weighing 30–50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Must own safety-toe footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a "Better or Best" slip-resistant rating
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused during keying tasks
• Presentable and appropriate attire suitable for the workplace environment
