We believe in continual learning, fostering a tight-knit work family, pushing to our potential, checking egos at the door, honoring our community, and getting the job done.

What

You Will Do

As part of our collaborative project team, the Project Administrator keeps the information, documentation and administrative details behind our developments organized and moving. Working with both the office and field teams, you’ll support projects from pre-construction through construction and close-out, making sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time.

  • Own project files and records – hard copy and digital
  • Keep trade, vendor and purchase order documentation organized
  • Coordinate project documents across teams and stakeholders
  • Build complete close-out packages for turnover
  • Track safety program documentation
  • Organize meetings, schedules and minutes
  • Help set up and wrap up project site offices
  • Support onboarding and role-specific training
  • Jump into projects that improve administrative operations
  • Be the administrative link between the office and the field
What You Bring to the Table
  • Business or construction-related diploma/degree
  • Administrative experience – construction is a definite asset
  • Multi-unit residential construction experience
  • Procore and Microsoft Office know-how
  • Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD familiarity is an asset
  • Construction drawings don’t intimidate you
  • Strong document management and organization skills
  • Safety awareness and knowledge
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for what’s missing
  • Ability to juggle deadlines and changing priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative, adaptable and ready to help
  • “How can I help?” mentality
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Exposure to full construction lifecycle – from pre-construction through project close-out
  • Opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • A collaborative environment where your organization and ideas make an impact
  • Variety – no two projects or days are quite the same
  • Dynamic and family-oriented work culture
Work Environment

You’ll get the best of both worlds – working from the office while staying connected to what’s happening in the field through regular construction site visits. Expect a collaborative, deadline-driven environment where details matter, priorities move, and keeping project information organized helps the entire team get the job done.
