Service Administrator

$50,000 – $60,000 a year | Office Full-time Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Administrator to join our Halifax branch. The Service Administrator plays a key role in providing daily administrative and clerical support that enables efficient service operations. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working on a computer throughout the day, and enjoys being a reliable team player.

This position is fully in office Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm.

• Manage a high volume of service files and documentation

• Support Accounts Receivable activities

• Maintain accurate customer and service information

• Communicate with customers and internal service teams to support daily operations

• Provide general administrative and clerical support

• Respond to service-related inquiries and assist with dispatching crews as needed

• Strong computer skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Positive attitude with a team-oriented and adaptable mindset

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Post-secondary education in administration or business
