As a Delivery Specialist, your primary focus will be on providing an in-depth overview of vehicle features, coordinating delivery schedules, and assisting customers with their initial vehicle setup. You'll also follow up after handovers to assure customer satisfaction and troubleshoot any issues. Your expertise in luxury vehicles and customer service will help you excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead detailed vehicle demonstrations for clients
• Coordinate delivery schedules effectively
• Assist customers with vehicle configuration
• Offer support for post-delivery questions
• Complete and verify delivery paperwork
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience
• Valid driver’s license with no infractions
• Experience in luxury product sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
