Colonial Honda  is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager for a  term position , with the potential for  extension or transition into a permanent role  based on performance and business needs.

The Service Department is a critical part of our dealership’s success, driving customer satisfaction, supporting overall operations, and ensuring a seamless ownership experience. This role is more than managing workflow; it’s about leadership, accountability, and building a high-performing team.

As service manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, lead and develop your team, and ensure efficient processes and exceptional customer service. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your ability to coach, motivate, and problem‑solve will have a direct impact on both team success and business results.

We are looking for a strong leader with proven automotive service experience who can step in, make an immediate impact, and elevate the performance of the department.

Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

What You Will Be Doing:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals.

Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service excellence.

Oversee repair procedures and uphold dealership standards.

Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.

Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency.

Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.

Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met.

Deliver timely, outstanding customer service and support.

Foster a customer‑first culture through coaching and mentorship.

What We Are Looking For :

3+ years of automotive experience, ideally in the service department.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Highly organized, hardworking, and self‑driven.

Strong time management abilities to oversee a busy service operation.

Prior leadership experience is a strong asset.
