As a Licensed Automotive Technician, you will be part of the service department supporting vehicle maintenance and repair operations. Job Title: Licensed Automotive Technician

Location: Halifax, NS

Pay Range: $30.00 to 35.00 per hour

Shift: Days

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Utilize flat rate system based on experience to complete units efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed
• Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction

• Valid Red Seal Automotive Technician certification
• Experience working in an automotive repair environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Flat rate compensation structure with potential earnings based on experience
• Quality Control Bonus of $0.5 per unit based on workmanship adjustments, processed at year-end
