As an essential part of Clutch's mission, you will oversee vehicle inspections and manage a dedicated team of inspectors and technicians. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that vehicles comply with Clutch’s quality standards and are delivered efficiently. This position involves monitoring KPIs and improving workflows to foster a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the inspection department's daily activities
• Cultivate team performance and accountability
• Ensure vehicles pass thorough quality and safety checks
• Oversee diagnostics, repair recommendation processes
• Track production timelines and department metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years in automotive roles, with leadership
• In-depth knowledge of inspection and diagnostic standards
• Proven experience managing production or technical teams
• Preferred 310S License or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
