In this full-time role, Canadian Tire invites you to bring your expertise to a high-volume shop known for its goal-oriented culture. Your daily tasks will include thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, along with providing accurate vehicle estimates. You'll also mentor apprentices while ensuring a clean and safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics and repairs
• Create accurate vehicle estimates and reports
• Communicate repairs and procedures effectively to customers
• Collaborate with management for workflow optimization
• Onboard and guide apprentices in proper techniques
Requirements:
• Red Seal Inter-Provincial Certification is required
• Level 4 apprentices with sufficient experience welcome
• Must hold CFC Handling Certification
• Valid license with a clean driving record required
• Knowledge of automotive technology and software systems needed
