This role demands effective communication skills and a deep understanding of collision damage assessment. You will navigate the repair process, liaise with insurance adjusters, and lead technicians in delivering exceptional service while meeting organizational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure execution of the WOW plan in the collision center

• Order parts and handle sublet repairs as necessary

• Maintain adherence to insurance guidelines and procedures

• Document appraisals accurately in Management Information Systems

• Communicate updates and negotiate with insurance personnel

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years in estimating for collision repair

• Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell software

• I-Car certification or pursuit of Gold Class status

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
