Position: Lucid Motors Service Parts Specialist
Join the Lucid Motors team as a Service Parts Specialist, focusing on parts operations to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction during the 2nd shift, from 2:00-10:30 pm.

In this pivotal role, your primary responsibility is managing the parts inventory efficiently and accurately, critical for smooth service operations. You will be responsible for maintaining effective inventory controls, placing orders, and shipping parts for repairs while ensuring high First Time Fill Rates. Your ability to interpret automotive terminology will enhance precision in ordering and fulfill customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage parts inventory for service operations

• Order and receive parts with accurate stock placement

• Generate accurate parts estimates for customers and other vehicles

• Stay current on parts revision changes and local inventory

• Manage warranty returns systematically and physically

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of Service Parts Advisor experience

• Proficient in using parts catalogs effectively

• Willing to obtain forklift certification for safety

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs
