Carvana is looking for dedicated Autobody Preppers with a minimum of one year of experience. You will perform essential tasks like prepping and sanding vehicles to ensure top quality. Using cutting-edge tools, you will be part of a team focused on customer satisfaction across our high-tech Inspection Centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute vehicle prepping, sanding, and buffing tasks

• Remove and install bumpers expertly

• Carry out minor plastic welding repairs

• Perform small area bodywork, including Bondo repairs

• Maintain an organized and clean workspace

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of professional bodywork experience

• Capability to lift 60 pounds independently

• Must hold a valid driver’s license

• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

• Flexibility to accommodate mandatory overtime
