Assured Automotive seeks a skilled Repair Planner with a minimum of 2 years' experience in collision estimating to join our team. This role is crucial in providing clear repair plans and fostering excellent customer service throughout the process. A background in estimating software like Audatex and Mitchell is essential to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to the WOW (Wow Operating Way) standards

• Diagnose structural and mechanical collision damages

• Allocate body technicians to pertinent repair jobs

• Request parts and manage sublet repair processes

• Maintain proper file documentation and workflow

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least 2 years of estimating experience

• Proficiency in Audatex and Mitchell

• I-Car Registered (Gold Class) or working towards it

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
