Senior Organizational Development Leader
Canonical is a pioneering tech firm, publishing Ubuntu, with a global, distributed workforce. The Senior Organisational Development Practitioner leads coaching and OD practice across leaders and teams, embedding development standards and driving cross‑functional improvement.
You will split time between central and embedded roles, shaping how managers grow and how the organisation develops across EMEA and the Americas. Travel up to four times yearly is expected.
