Registry Modernization Product Director

Lead Registry of Motor Vehicles modernization in Halifax through product strategy, delivery oversight, and digital service improvement for Nova Scotians.
As Director of Product, you will guide RMV product development from idea to launch. You will shape driver and vehicle services with workstream leads and the executive team. The position requires communication, analytical, organizational, management, consultation, and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide senior oversight across the RMV product development lifecycle
Create product strategies and manage product teams
Oversee work streams and develop modernization work plans
Communicate product goals and progress with partners
Establish product success metrics with service and technology leaders
