As a Senior Process Analyst, you will support the Process Design team across operational efficiency initiatives. The work combines data gathering, complex analysis, detailed documentation, and process improvement recommendations. You will also contribute to implementation, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and reporting for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data gathering and complex business analysis
Create process documentation and improvement recommendations
Manage project documentation and status updates
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
Contribute to implementing process improvements
Requirements:
Three or more years in process analysis or improvement
Advanced analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Design Thinking
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Share Point
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Apply process design, data analysis, and stakeholder facilitation skills to support Citco’s global transformation initiatives.
