Halifax Regional Municipality seeks a full-time, permanent Team Lead, Business Analysts within its Information Technology Project Management Office. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will lead analysts delivering business analysis services across projects. The work supports informed decisions, investment prioritization, and successful outcomes. Consistent practices, governance, and high-quality deliverables are central to this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and manage Senior Business Analysts
- Assign and prioritize BA work across projects
- Monitor deliverables and address quality or risk issues
- Support investment committees with analysis and recommendations
- Translate business needs into actionable IT solutions
- Undergraduate degree or suitable business analysis combination
- Eight years as a senior business analyst
- Three years of managerial or leadership experience
- Five years in complex IT or enterprise environments
- Advanced business analysis and requirements management knowledge
