This Manager, Customer Success position owns regional customer continuity from commercial handoff through delivery and ongoing adoption. You will maintain success plans, stakeholder maps, account health, commitments, and actions. The role connects Customer Success Leads with Project Management, Operations, Deployment, and Customer Excellence to coordinate practical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain success plans aligned with priorities and budget cycles
- Record account health, value measures, and actions in Salesforce
- Carry customer commitments into delivery and adoption
- Communicate delays, limitations, and confirmed information early
- Bring feedback and risks into practical team priorities
- Demonstrated complex relationship management in mining or comparable B2B settings
- Excellent writing, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to influence without relying on direct authority
- Strong CRM documentation and follow-through discipline
- Commercial understanding of value, budgets, scope, and renewals
