Enterprise SaaS Renewal Manager Fable

Drive renewal performance and customer value at Fable using commercial management, usage analysis, and cross-functional account coordination.

This senior customer success role owns retention and renewal execution across enterprise accounts. You will connect product usage and accessibility research outcomes to customer priorities while identifying expansion opportunities grounded in demonstrated value. Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Security, Finance, Product, and Marketing to protect relationships and improve growth.

• Own renewal processes from planning through signature
• Build business cases connecting usage to customer priorities
• Prepare renewal proposals and coordinate procurement requirements
• Maintain forecasts while proactively managing timelines and risks
• Partner cross-functionally on account plans and growth actions

• Four-plus years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS
• Three-plus years managing enterprise customer relationships
• Experience with renewals and cross-functional deal coordination
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
• Willingness to learn accessibility and inclusive design practices
