Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project planning and optimize site operations
• Help produce and maintain look-ahead schedules
• Coordinate subcontractor work while participating in meetings
• Report on site manpower to maintain safety and quality
• Help in quality control inspections and detailed logging
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Background in construction or carpentry is beneficial
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks under pressure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
