Lindsay Construction is looking for a skilled Project Manager for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital project. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating project efforts with a focus on maintaining safety and quality standards. Engage with clients throughout to ensure satisfaction and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the construction project
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements
• Coordinate project schedules, costs, and quality control
• Communicate regularly and effectively with clients
• Oversee billing and payment collections on time
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant construction experience
• Degree in Engineering or construction field preferred
• Previous healthcare project experience required
• Knowledge of estimating and resource procurement
• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills
