In this integral position, you'll guide large commercial projects through all phases of construction.
Your role encompasses planning, budgeting, and contract management while working with a diverse team of professionals. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential for maintaining relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage project construction phases
• Administer prime contracts and oversee subcontractors
• Monitor project budgets and submit monthly reports
• Cultivate positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Oversee project closeout procedures and commissioning
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5–10 years of progressive construction management
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong work ethic and time management abilities
