Drive quality control and support project coordination as an Intermediate Contract Administrator. Engage in site visits and collaborate across teams while developing your construction knowledge in a hybrid work environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team. Bring your 5–9 years of construction phase experience and technical building envelope expertise to ensure project success. Help maintain robust communication and quality control throughout various healthcare, educational, and entertainment construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate site visits and oversee site activities
• Assist with project progress and site reports
• Support shop drawings and contract changes
• Conduct quality control and constructability reviews
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary project team
Requirements:
• 5–9 years in construction project phases
• Strong knowledge of building codes and practices
• Training or credentials in contract administration preferred
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with BIM principles and workflows
