ACE Construction Project Manager

Location: Halifax Regional Municipality

Lead ACE’s construction initiatives as a Project Manager, overseeing diverse projects from showrooms to residential garages. Engage proactively with clients and ensure successful project execution.

As a Construction Project Manager at ACE, you will take charge of various internal and external projects, ensuring all stages meet timeline and budget estimates.

Your role involves assessing project scales, conducting inspections, and effectively coordinating with on-site teams, clients, and inspectors. You’ll leverage your leadership and negotiation skills to guarantee quality construction and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from estimate to completion

• Communicate effectively with ACE management and clients

• Oversee all project phases and timeline adherence

• Record project progress and report to management regularly

• Recruit and supervise the construction team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of construction management experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English;
Chinese is an asset

• Solid leadership and teamwork capabilities
