Position: Construction Site Manager at ACCIONA
Excel as a Construction Site Manager with ACCIONA, leading project compliance and safety initiatives on-site. Your expertise will be vital in managing transit station construction.

As a Construction Site Manager at ACCIONA, you will supervise diverse construction activities encompassing civil, mechanical, and electrical work. In collaboration with superintendents, you'll ensure projects adhere to specifications and maintain high safety standards. Your coordination skills will be key in addressing job-site requirements and maintaining productive relationships among contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site construction activities across various disciplines

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations

• Conduct inspections and track work progress accurately

• Maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders

• Record project activities, including safety and inspection reports

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 3-5 years of construction supervision experience

• Knowledge of TTC and Metrolinx specifications beneficial

• Competency in project management and design software

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License G or G2
