We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in residential development. You will supervise projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Your role includes managing subcontractors, vendors, and resources while implementing cost-saving strategies and maintaining project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site construction activities for compliance
• Review plans and suggest scheduling improvements

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience
• At least 2 years as a Construction Project Manager
