• Review and analyze bid documents for opportunities

• Maintain communication flow with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in budget preparation

• Expertise in DOT estimating

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software

• Ability to interpret construction plans

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience
