Location: Halifax Regional Municipality
Pursue a 3-month contract as an Assistant Superintendent with a respected General Contractor in the Lower Mainland. Thrive in finishing roles on vital institutional projects.
This term position caters to candidates who are between jobs and eager for project engagement. You will support site operations, focusing on finishing work to ensure project success. Excellent performance could lead to permanent opportunities by late 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in delivering important institutional project phases
• Focus on the finishing aspects of ongoing construction
• Lead the resolution of deficiencies and coordination tasks
• Manage trades and in-house carpenters' efforts
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Assistant Superintendent or Foreman roles
• Commitment to ownership of project scopes
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Readiness to begin work on short notice
