Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bid processes while preparing comprehensive estimates

• Provide mentorship to Junior Estimators

• Enhance design optimization and value initiatives

• Coordinate bid documentation and sub-contractor quotes

• Maintain key databases on labor and materials

Requirements:

• Construction-related degree with 8–10 years ICI experience

• Advanced estimating strategy knowledge

• Proficiency in estimating software tools

• Effective time management skills

• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment
