As a Cost Consultant, you will work closely with the Development Advisory team, providing vital estimating and project monitoring services. This role focuses on supporting cost planning, reviewing change orders, and conducting project assessments to ensure informed decision-making. Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance your technical skills across diverse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates

• Review contractor progress claims and change orders

• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on budgeting

• Contribute to accurate project oversight and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in construction management or similar

• Hands-on experience with estimating and quantity surveying

• Strong analytical skills related to construction documentation

• Familiarity with construction software, including CostX

• Proven communication abilities with stakeholders
