Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and specifications for estimates

• Collaborate with subcontractors to negotiate pricing

• Conduct site visits to evaluate project conditions

• Co-ordinate tender document submissions

• Assist in developing bid proposals with costs and timelines

Requirements:

• Relevant college or university program completed

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in estimating
