Pomerleau is looking for a dedicated Surveying Technician for its Civil Engineering & Infrastructure team. This position is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in civil construction and a strong competence in utilizing various surveying tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveying and data recording
• Set benchmarks to assist construction operations
• Ensure all workers have the required information
• Oversee compliance with specified plans
• Collaborate effectively with trades and team members
Requirements:
• DEP, AEC, or Certificate in surveying or civil engineering
• 1-2 years' experience in civil construction
• ASP Construction & WHMIS 2015 certification
• Class 5 driver's license needed
• Familiarity with GPS and total station surveying tools
