What You’ll Do
As the site’s Health & Safety leader, you’ll partner with project leadership, subcontractors and field teams to create a proactive, high‑performance safety culture where everyone goes home safely every day. With your experience supporting complex construction projects, you will:
Lead the implementation of the project’s health and safety program across all site activities.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits and hazard assessments to proactively manage risk.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
Deliver site orientations, toolbox talks and ongoing safety training.
Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation, company policies and industry best practices.
Build strong relationships with site teams, coaching and influencing safe work practices through a visible field presence.
Work closely with operations to balance practical project execution with uncompromising safety standards.
