Site Superintendent in Energy Management

You'll take a leadership role in managing the construction site, coordinating between subcontractors and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project timelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise construction activities on-site

• Maintain comprehensive records of daily operations

• Manage contractor compliance and quality assurance

• Evaluate contractor submissions and support walkthroughs

• Coordinate safety orientations and hazard assessments

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in construction management

• Proven knowledge in energy services and building systems

• Ability to obtain Federal Reliability Status security clearance

• Strong command of Microsoft Office

• Excellent conflict resolution and leadership skills
