You'll take a leadership role in managing the construction site, coordinating between subcontractors and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project timelines. Your background in engineering and previous experience will empower you to execute Energy Conservation Measures effectively. With a focus on quality and performance, you will contribute significantly to Ameresco’s efforts in the energy transition while also promoting Indigenous engagement in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise construction activities on-site
• Maintain comprehensive records of daily operations
• Manage contractor compliance and quality assurance
• Evaluate contractor submissions and support walkthroughs
• Coordinate safety orientations and hazard assessments
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in construction management
• Proven knowledge in energy services and building systems
• Ability to obtain Federal Reliability Status security clearance
• Strong command of Microsoft Office
• Excellent conflict resolution and leadership skills
