In this role, you will spend most of your time leading ICI construction projects through pre-construction, delivery, and closeout. You will work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to budget control, schedule management, and overall project performance. This Construction Project Manager (ICI) role balances hands-on project delivery with financial oversight, providing clarity on expectations from day one.

What You’ll Bring

5–7+ years of ICI experience with a General Contractor, including full lifecycle project delivery

Strong working knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management software used in ICI environments
