Position: Civil Estimator for Heavy Infrastructure GTA

Join a reputable firm focusing on complex municipal and heavy civil infrastructure projects. As a Civil Estimator, you will utilize your expertise in pricing sewer and water mains, road construction, and earthworks. Collaborate with experienced teams to support all estimating processes, ensuring high-quality project delivery and consistent operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil projects

• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy

• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis

• Coordinate with operations on project execution plans

• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• 5+ years estimating heavy civil construction projects

• Strong understanding of Ontario construction markets

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
