Per-Unit / Project-Based | Bi-Weekly Payments Position Overview We are seeking experienced Demolition Contractors to support a consistent pipeline of apartment turnover projects in Halifax.

This role requires efficient, detail-oriented execution of interior demolition work to prepare units for renovation within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities Perform interior demolition of residential apartment units Remove kitchens, bathroom fixtures, flooring, drywall, and other non-structural elements Sort, remove, and dispose of debris in accordance with local regulations Prepare units for subsequent renovation trades Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites Required Qualifications Proven experience in residential or multi-unit demolition Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines Access to own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation Valid business registration Insurance & Compliance Requirements (Mandatory) Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 Active registration and good standing with the Nova Scotia Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) Compliance with all Nova Scotia Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations WHMIS certification (preferred) What We Offer Consistent volume of apartment turnover work Competitive per-unit or project-based compensation Reliable bi-weekly payment schedule Opportunity for ongoing, long-term partnership Application Process Interested contractors are invited to submit:
