Take charge as a Heavy Civil Project Manager with Ellis Don, overseeing construction from design to completion. Utilize your expertise in managing budgets and schedules effectively.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive construction management while collaborating closely with the Superintendent. Your strong skills in client relations, budget forecasting, and project reporting are vital for project success. The position also includes leading project meetings and mentoring team members to ensure ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall project coordination from pre-construction to completion
• Prepare timely and accurate billings to Owners and subcontractors
• Conduct professional meetings with Owners and Architects
• Monitor project cost reports and maintain positive cash flow
• Submit detailed project reports to management and Area Manager
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of Heavy Civil experience
• Construction related degree/diploma preferred
• Familiarity with scheduling and project management software
• Ability to mentor and lead a large team
• Proven capability in client relationship management
