As a Project Superintendent, you will oversee all construction operations, ensuring projects adhere to specifications and budgets. With over ten years of experience in the ICI construction sector, you'll manage subcontractors, mentor teams, and build client relationships. Your expertise in construction planning and project administration is key to driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all field operations including mobilization and closeout

• Develop project schedules and monitor progress

• Conduct site meetings to coordinate subcontractor activities

• Maintain strict safety and quality compliance

• Review project documentation accurately and ensure completeness

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• At least 10 years of supervisory experience in construction

• Strong understanding of construction regulations and methods

• Proven ability to manage multiple teams in union environments

• First Aid certification is preferred
