Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare competitive tenders for infrastructure projects

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing evaluations

• Assist in bid strategy and risk analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience

• Knowledge of sewer, road, and underground utility projects

• Proficient in project documentation interpretation

• Strong communication and analytical skills
