Project Manager - Mining Expansion

Drive critical construction efforts on a mining expansion project in Western Canada. This remote role will focus on managing extensive concrete operations and project execution.

We’re looking for skilled Construction Managers or Project Managers with a strong track record in large concrete scopes for upcoming mining projects. You will work in a camp-based environment, collaborating closely with a team dedicated to quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of large concrete construction activities

• Ensure efficient operations while adhering to safety standards

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans

• Proactively address construction challenges as they arise

• Support team collaboration and mentor field personnel

Requirements:

• Experience in heavy industrial or mining construction

• Solid background with large concrete scopes

• Proven ability to manage remote project environments

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

• Knowledge of cost control and quality management
