In this Site Superintendent position, you will lead the management of construction site operations daily. This role demands progressive experience in the contracting industry, especially in industrial, institutional, or commercial projects. You will focus on achieving project objectives through effective communication and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and evaluate project plans and schedules
• Develop and maintain three-week look-ahead schedules
• Implement the Project Safety Program and conduct analyses
• Ensure sufficient manpower meets project goals
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on work plans
Requirements:
• Experience as a Project Lead in general contracting
• Recommended Engineering Technology qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and blueprint reading abilities
